Refund and Return Policy

At IT Express FL, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality computer repair services, upgrades, and product sales. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below:


1. Repair Services

1.1 Diagnostic Fees

  • All diagnostic services are non-refundable once performed, regardless of the repair outcome.

1.2 Repair Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with a completed repair, please contact us within 30 days of service.
  • We will re-evaluate the issue at no additional cost. If the same issue persists and cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

1.3 No Fix, No Fee Policy

  • If we are unable to resolve the issue, you will not be charged for the repair (excluding diagnostics, parts / shipping fees, if applicable).

2. Hardware and Software Sales

2.1 New Products

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • Opened products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

2.2 Used or Refurbished Products

  • Sold as-is with a 30-day limited warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • Returns accepted only for defective items within the warranty period.

2.3 Software Sales

  • All software sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Custom-Built Computers

  • Custom-built systems are non-refundable once assembled.
  • We offer a 1 Year Warranty on workmanship and a manufacturer’s warranty on individual components.
  • If a component fails, we will assist with the manufacturer’s warranty process.

4. Accessories and Peripherals

  • Accessories (e.g., keyboards, mice, cables) may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in resalable condition.
  • Opened items may be returned only if defective and within the warranty period.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund:

  • Contact Customer Service with your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Bring or ship the item to our office at 3326 John Hancock Dr., Tallahassee, FL 32312.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, shipping, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
  • Data loss during repairs is not our responsibility. We recommend backing up your data before service.

7. Shipping

  • Return Shipping is handled by FedEx or UPS only.
  • Return Shipping is billed to the client.
  • Return Shipping will be insured if requested by the client.
  • All tracking numbers will be included on the invoice that is sent to the client.
